Online booking software

Online booking that cuts no-shows

Clients book the times you’re free and pay a deposit to hold them. Reminders go out the day before, and your calendar stays in sync.

  • Deposits by card, Apple Pay or Google Pay

Features

One system for every kind of booking

Most booking apps stop at the appointment. Yours carries each booking through to payment and the invoice.

Only the times you’re free

Clients see only the times your calendar shows free, with the first available day on top. When someone cancels, the waitlist hears first.

Easy rescheduling

Each reminder has a link to move the booking, by email or text.

Each person’s own hours

Clients book the right person, at a time that person is free.

Invoices when it’s done

A finished booking raises its invoice in Xero or from your own template.

How soon can clients book online?

You can start the day you sign up. Set up your services and hours, test the page with your real calendar, then share the link.

We use Calendly. Can we keep it?

Yes. Keep Calendly or Acuity, and every new or canceled booking flows into your system.

Can I take a deposit now and the rest later?

Yes. Take a deposit at booking and charge the balance later to the saved card, through Stripe. Refunds work the same way.
